NOTE #1: This vehicle is equipped with a Special Anti-theft key, to remote start you will need a

Bypass module 791,(use this module IF you have a extra ignition key to place inside

the 791 to remote start, if you do not have an extra key to use or wish not to have a

key placed inside this bypass module, we OFFER a KEYLESS INTERFACE BYPASS

MODULE that does not require a key to be placed inside the bypass modlue, this is

Part # PKALL or PKFM, either one will work, to order, go to the INTERFACE BYPASS

MODULE PAGE on this website.





NOTE #2: If vehicle is equipped with a FACTORY KEYLESS ENTRY, it is a TYPE B Door Locking

System, located in a GRAY Molex plug to the RIGHT of the STEERING COLUMN.

Without a FACTORY KEYLESS ENTRY, the VEHICLE is a TYPE C Door Locking System,

wires are located in the DRIVERS DOOR HARNESS, use the DRIVERS DOOR SWITCH

when testing this is the MASTER SWITCH. Vehicles with the KEY PAD on the Door are

considered to have KEYLESS ENTRY.





NOTE #3: The BLACK/LIGHT BLUE (+) is located in the GRAY MOLEX plug, to the RIGHT of the

STEERING COLUMN.





NOTE #4: The TACH wire is located at the INSTRUMENT CLUSTER or in the MAIN HARNESS that

runs on the inside of the FIREWALL to the LEFT of the STEERING COLUMN.





NOTE #5: For DIESELS the TACH wire is a WHITE/PINK (AC), the tach and wait to start wires are

located at the PCM (Powertrian Control Module) or at the MAIN HARNESS that runs on

the inside of the FIREWALL to the LEFT of the STEERING COLUMN.
