To get to the Parking Light wire at the Headlight switch you must first remove this Side Panel cover is in just snapped into place.

To access the Under Dash wiring on this vehicle you will first need to remove this Plastic Underdash panel, it is held into place by (2) #15 Torx Screws on each end of this panel.

This picture shows the Under Dash Panel removed, this exposes the under dash wiring and the Ignition Switch Harness as it exits the Steering Column of the vehicle. The Ignition Switch Harness in this picture is the Large Harness with the Heavy gauge wires

This is the IGNITION SWITCH HARNESS Plug that is attached to the Ignition Switch Plug on the Left hand side of the Steering Column in this vehicle. This Plug contains all of the Ignition wires need for the installation of the Remote Starter Module.

This picture shows the BRAKE Switch that is attached to the Brake Pedal under the dash. The (+) WHITE/TAN BRAKE wire is marked with the RED Clip at the Brake Switch in a Black Plug.

With the Side Panel removed, you will next need to remove the panel just below the Headlight Switch, remove the (2) Philips Head screws that holds this panel in place, pull on this panel and the (2) snaps at the top of the panel will release.

After the lower panel is removed, you can now pull on the Headlight Switch assembly, it also is just snapped into place.

With the Headlight Switch lowered you can now see the Headlight Switch Harness Plug that is connected to the back of the Headlight Switch, this harness will contain the Parking Light wire.

On this vehicle the (-) PURPLE/YELLOW PARKING LIGHT wire requires a GROUND or NEGATIVE through a 250 Ohm Resistor. This picture shows how this is connected to the Parking Light wire at the back of the Headlight Switch.

After the 250 Ohm Resistor is connected to the Parking Light wire at the Back of the Headlight Switch, you can test the Parking Lights by touching the wire connected to the Resistor to a good BODY GROUND, this should turn the parking Lights ON.

To gain access to the Drivers Door Harness, located in the Drivers Kick Panel, you will first need to remove the DRIVERS DOOR SILL Cover, this cover is just snapped into place.

After adding the Resistors for the Lock and Unlock, you can test these connections by taking each Resistor wire and touching them to a Good BODY GROUND one at a time, if all is connected well, the doors should Lock and Unlock.
