Worn clutch fingers

Primary shaft teeth worn at one side

  • Heavy rotating bearing
  • No clutch bearing play

  • Pilot bearing broken
  • Engine and gearbox are not aligned

Tilting bolt broken

Clutch plate bent, clutch disc facing burned

  • Engine vibration dampers broken
  • No clutch bearing play
  • Wrong engine adjustment

  • Overheated due to excessive slipping

  • Too much grease on the clutch disc

Clutch cover bent
