| 1. | Cut the new rear pillar gutter (A) so it overlaps the body side gutter (B), and install the mounting bolts (C). Check the body dimensions, opening repair chart, rear piller gutter position. |
| 2. | Tack weld the rear pillar gutter. |
| 3. | Glue the urethane block (A) to the wheel arch extension (B) as shown. Urethane block: P/N 91616-S04-000 Adhesive: Cemedine366, or equivalent |
| 4. | Cut and set the outer panel repair part, check the body dimensions, opening repair chart. |
| 5. | Temporarily install the door, tailgate, taillight and rear bumper, and check for differences in level and clearance. Make sure the body lines flow smoothly. |
| 6. | Main weld the outer panel repair part (A). Attach the patch (B) at the cut section of the quarter pillar, rear piller and side sill and pulg weld them. NOTE: When welding the wheel arch, take care not to damage the urethane block (C). |
| 7. | Weld the outer panel repair part (A), Rear pillar gutter (B) and middle gutter (C). NOTE: Level the plug welded area (D) with a disc sander. |
| 8. | From passenger's compartment side, insert the nozzle (A) to the hole (B), and spray the anti-rust agent (C) to the around of the urethane block (D). |
| 9. | Plug the separator clip mount hole of the wheel arch extension (A) with the hole seal (B). Hole seal: P/N 91619-SE0-000 |
