| 1. | Set the new rear panel cross-member (A). Check the body dimensions, rear panel position, opening repair chart, and tack weld the new part. |
| 2. | Set the new rear panel (A) and install the mounting bolts (B). |
| 3. | Temporarily install the tailgate, taillight, rear bumper beam and rear bumper, and check for differences in level and clearance. Check for operation of tailgate. |
| 4. | Weld the rear panel cross-member (A) to the rear floor (B) and rear inner lower pillar (C). |
| 5. | Main weld the rear panel (A) to the rear pillar lower stiffener (B), rear floor end cross-member extension (C), rear panel cross-member (D) and rear floor (E). |
