Blower Unit Removal and Installation

NOTE: LHD type is shown, RHD type is symmetrical.

1.	Remove the grove box and the passenger's kick panel.

2.	Remove the wire hamess connector clips (A), the wire harness clip (B), and bolt. Cut the plastic cross brace (C) in the glove box opening with diagonal cutters in the area shown. Retain these parts to be reinstalled later. BACCut here

Disconnect the connectors (A) from the blower motor, the floor wire harness, and the recirculation control motor, then remove the wire farness clips (B) and the connector clips (C). Remove the mounting nuts, the mounting bolts and the blower unit (D). 6 x 1.0 mm 9.8 N·m (1.0 kgf·m, 7.2 lbf·ft)6 x 1.0 mm 9.8 N·m (1.0 kgf·m, 7.2 lbf·ft)ADBACBA

4.	Install the unit in the reverse order of removal. Make sure that there is no air leakage.
