Hood Opener Cable Replacement

NOTE:

• Put on gloves to protect your hands.
  
• Take care not to scratch the body and related parts.
  

1.	Remove these items: Front fender trim Front Grill Front Inner fender Kick panel

2.	Disconnect the hood opener cable (A) from the hood latch (B). RHD:LHD:ABCDEFFADDBFCDDFFastener Locations: Clip, 1C: Clip LHD, 2DRHD, 3E

3.	Using a clip remover, detach the clips (C, D), and remove the grommet (E) from the body, then remove the hood opener cable from the vehicle. Take care not to bend the cable.

4.	Install the cable in the reverse order of removal, and note these items: Replace any damaged clips. Route the cable through the holes (F) in the body and front fender bulk head correctly.
