Tailgate Spoiler Trim Replacement

NOTE: Take care not to scratch the tailgate.

1.	Remove these items Tailgate upper trim Tailgate side trim

2.	From inside the tailgate, remove the bolts. AFastener Locations: Bolt, 66 x 1.0 mm 9.8 N·m (1.0 kgf·m, 7.2 lbf·ft)6 x 1.0 mm 9.8 N·m (1.0 kgf·m, 7.2 lbf·ft)

3.	Disconnect the high mount brake light, connector (A).

4.	Close the tailgate, lift up on the tailgate spoiler trim (A) to detach the clips. ABCFastener Locations: Clip, 5

5.	While lifting up on the tailgate spoiler trim, disconnect the rear window wiper washer tube (B), and remove the grommet (C) from the tailgate, then remove the trim.

6.	Install the spoiler in the reverse order of removal, and note these items: Replace any damaged clips with new ones. Make sure the rear window wiper washer tube is connected securely, and the high mount brake light connector is plugged in properly. Push the clip portions into place securely.
