Side Sill Outer Panel Installation

1.	Glue the urethane block (A) to the center inner pillar (B) as shown. Urethane block: P/N. 91616-S04-000 Adhesive: Cemedine 366, or equivalent BAA

2.	Cut the new side sill reinforcement and center pillar stiffener so it's will overlap the body side about 20 mm (0.8 in.).

3.	Set the new side sill reinforcement and center pillar stiffener into position, then tack weld the clamped position.

4.	Cut the outer panel (repair part), and set it into position. Clamp the repair part and check the body dimensions, passenger's compartment, engine compartment and front floor under view, top view, opening repair chart.

5.	Temporarily install the door and front fender, then check for differences in level and clearance. Make sure the body lines flow smoothly.

6.	Weld the new side sill reinforcement (A) and center pillar stiffener (B). A B

7.	Clamp the outer panel (repair part), and recheck the clearance and alignment of the door. Check the operation of the doors.

8.	Do the main welding. Attach the patch (A) at the cut section of the outer panel (B), and plug weld them. When welding the wheel arch portion, do not damage the wheel arch separator (C). AAAB AB BCA

9.	From the passenger compartment side, apply sealer (A) to the mating surface of the side sill reinforcement (B), and center pillar stiffener (C). BAC
