Water Pump Replacement
| 1. | Remove the drive belt. |
| 2. | Drain the engine coolant. |
| 3. | Remove the water pump pulley.
 6 x 1.0 mm14 N·m (1.4 kgf·m, 10 lbf·ft) |
| 4. | Remove the five bolts securing the water pump, then remove the water pump (A).
 AB6 x 1.0 mm12 N·m (1.2 kgf·m, 8.7 lbf·ft) |
| 5. | Inspect and clean the O-ring groove and mating surface with the cylinder block. |
| 6. | Install the water pump with new O-ring (B) in the reverse order of removal. |
| 7. | Clean up any spilled engine coolant. |
| 8. | Refill the radiator with engine coolant, and bleed air from the cooling system with the heater valve open. |
