FRONT CRANKSHAFT OIL SEAL > INSTALLATION

1. Apply MP grease to the lip of a new oil seal.
   

   NOTICE:

   Keep the lip free from foreign matter.

2. Using SST and a hammer, tap in the oil seal until its surface is flush with the front oil seal retainer edge.

   NOTICE:

   1. Wipe any extra grease off of the crankshaft.
      
   2. Do not tap the oil seal at an angle.
      

1. Align the pulley set key with the key groove of the pulley.
   

2. Install the crankshaft pulley to the crankshaft.
   

3. Using SST, hold the pulley in place and tighten the bolt.

   Torque:

   190 N*m{ 1937 kgf*cm , 140 ft.*lbf }

1. Install the rear side rail reinforcement sub-assembly RH with the 4 bolts.
   

   Torque:

   96 N*m{ 979 kgf*cm , 71 ft.*lbf }

   NOTICE:

   Temporarily tighten bolts A and B, and then fully tighten the 4 bolts in the order of C, B, D and A.

Torque:

103 N*m{ 1050 kgf*cm , 76 ft.*lbf }
