| 1.READ DTC OUTPUT (DTC P0102 AND P0103) |
Connect the intelligent tester to the DLC3.
Turn the power switch on (IG).
Turn the tester on.
Enter the following menus: Powertrain / Engine and ECT / DTC.
Read the DTCs.

Disconnect the mass air flow meter sub-assembly connector.
Turn the power switch on (IG).
Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

Disconnect the mass air flow meter sub-assembly connector.
Disconnect the ECM connector.
Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

| 4.INSPECT MASS AIR FLOW METER SUB-ASSEMBLY |
Perform On-vehicle inspection (Click here).
Perform Inspection (Click here).
Inspect the function of the mass air flow meter sub-assembly.
Connect the intelligent tester to the DLC3.
Turn the power switch on (IG).
Turn the tester on.
Put the engine in inspection mode (maintenance mode) (Click here).
Start the engine.
Enter the following menus: Powertrain / Engine and ECT / Data List / MAF.
Check that the reading of MAF changes when the engine is raced.
