GENERAL
The windshield deicer thin heater wires are attached to the inside of the windshield glass to help and deice the window surface more quickly. The indicator light illuminates while the system is operating. The system automatically turns off after approximately 15 minutes.

NOTICE:
If the battery voltage becomes low, windshield deicer operation is canceled to prioritize supplying power to the power steering system (Click here).

Air Conditioning Amplifier Assembly
Sends windshield deicer activation request signals to the No. 1 integration relay.
No. 1 Integration Relay
Receives windshield deicer activation request signals from the air conditioning amplifier assembly and supplies power to the windshield deicer wire (windshield glass).
Windshield Deicer Wire (Windshield Glass)
Receives power from the No. 1 integration relay and heats the windshield deicer wire (windshield glass).
