| 1.READ VALUE USING INTELLIGENT TESTER |
Connect the intelligent tester to the DLC3.
Turn the power switch on (IG).
Turn the intelligent tester on.
Enter the following menus: Body / Main Body / Data List.
Read the display on the intelligent tester.

| 2.CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (INSTRUMENT PANEL JUNCTION BLOCK - AUXILIARY BATTERY AND BODY GROUND) |
Disconnect the 2E*1 or 2F*2, 2A and 2B instrument panel junction block assembly connectors.
Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

| 2E-1*1 - Body ground | Power switch off | 11 to 14 V |
| 2F-1*2 - Body ground | Power switch off | 11 to 14 V |
| 2A-43 - Body ground | Power switch on (ACC) | 11 to 14 V |
Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

| 3.INSPECT INSTRUMENT PANEL JUNCTION BLOCK ASSEMBLY (ACC RELAY) |
Remove the instrument panel junction block assembly (Click here).
Remove the main body ECU (multiplex network body ECU) from the instrument panel junction block assembly.
Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

| 2E-1 - A-29 (ACC) | Always | 10 kΩ or higher |
| 2E-1 - A-29 (ACC) | Auxiliary battery positive (+) → 2A-43 Auxiliary battery negative (-) → 2B-4 Auxiliary battery negative (-) → 2B-6 | Below 1 Ω |
