CHECK A/C AMPLIFIER ASSEMBLY


  1. Disconnect the H85 A/C amplifier assembly connector.

  2. Measure the voltage and resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

    HINT:
    Measure the values on the wire harness side with the connector disconnected.

    If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction in the wire harness.

  3. Reconnect the H85 A/C amplifier assembly connector.

  4. Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

    		Mirror heater switch signal
    		Power switch on (IG), rear window defogger switch off

    		Mirror heater switch signal
    		Power switch on (IG), rear window defogger switch on
    		Below 1 V
    If the result is not as specified, the A/C amplifier assembly may have a malfunction.


CENTER CLUSTER MODULE CIRCUIT (AIR CONDITIONER CONTROL ASSEMBLY)


  1. Disconnect the H80 center cluster module circuit (air conditioner control assembly) connector.

  2. Measure the voltage and resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

    HINT:
    Measure the values on the wire harness side with the connector disconnected.

    If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction in the wire harness.

  3. Reconnect the H80 A/C control panel assembly connector.

  4. Check for pulses according to the value(s) in the table below.

    H80-11 (LIN1) - Body ground
    		V - Body ground
    		LIN communication signal
    		Power switch on (IG)

    If the result is not as specified, the center cluster module circuit (air conditioner control assembly) may have a malfunction.
