1. INSTALL HEADLIGHT GASKET

  1. Install a new headlight gasket.



2. INSTALL HEADLIGHT LIGHT CONTROL ECU SUB-ASSEMBLY

  1. Connect the 2 connectors.

  1. Install the headlight light control ECU sub-assembly with the 4 screws.



3. INSTALL HEADLIGHT LEVELING MOTOR BASE PACKING

  1. Install a new headlight leveling motor base packing.



4. INSTALL HEADLIGHT LEVELING MOTOR

  1. Insert the headlight leveling motor in the direction indicated by the arrow (1) shown in the illustration.

  1. Turn the aiming screw of the headlight leveling motor in the direction indicated by the arrow (2) shown in the illustration to engage the shaft.

    HINT:
    Turn the aiming screw the same number of times as it was turned during removal.

  1. Turn the headlight leveling motor in the direction indicated by the arrow (3) shown in the illustration.

    HINT:
    When installing the headlight leveling motor of the headlight assembly RH, turn the headlight leveling motor in the opposite direction indicated by the arrow (3) shown in the illustration.

  1. Turn the aiming screw of the headlight leveling motor in the direction indicated by the arrow (4) shown in the illustration to install it.

    HINT:
    Turn the aiming screw the same number of times as it was turned during removal.

  1. Connect the connector.



5. INSTALL FRONT TURN SIGNAL LIGHT SOCKET AND WIRE

  1. Connect the connector and install the front turn signal light socket and wire.



6. INSTALL FRONT TURN SIGNAL LIGHT BULB

  1. Install the front turn signal light bulb to the front turn signal light socket and wire.

  1. Turn the front turn signal light bulb and front turn signal light socket and wire in the direction indicated by the arrow shown in the illustration and install them as a unit.



7. INSTALL NO. 1 HEADLIGHT BULB

  1. Turn the No. 1 headlight bulb in the direction indicated by the arrow shown in the illustration to install it.

    NOTICE:
    Do not touch the bulb glass.

  1. Connect the connector.



8. INSTALL HEADLIGHT LOCKING CAP

  1. Turn the headlight locking cap in the direction indicated by the arrow shown in the illustration to install it.
