1. REMOVE SEAT ADJUSTER COVER CAP

  1. Remove the seat adjuster cover cap RH.

    HINT:
    Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.



2. REMOVE RECLINING ADJUSTER RELEASE HANDLE

  1. Using a screwdriver with its tip wrapped with protective tape, disengage the claw and remove the reclining adjuster release handle.

3. REMOVE VERTICAL ADJUSTING HANDLE (for 6 Way Seat Type)

  1. Remove the screw and vertical adjusting handle.



4. REMOVE FRONT SEAT CUSHION SHIELD

  1. Remove the screw.

  1. Disengage the 11 claws and clip, and remove the front seat cushion shield.



5. REMOVE FRONT SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY (for Driver Side)

  1. Disconnect each connector.

  1. Disengage each clamp under the front seat assembly.

  1. Remove the nut and front seat inner belt assembly.



6. REMOVE FRONT SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY (for Front Passenger Side)

  1. Disconnect each connector.

  1. Disengage each clamp under the front seat assembly.

7. REMOVE FRONT SEAT INNER CUSHION SHIELD

  1. Disengage the 4 claws and remove the front seat inner cushion shield.



8. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE FRONT SEAT CUSHION COVER WITH PAD

  1. Disconnect the rubber band.

  1. Disengage the fastener and separate the seat side airbag wire harness.



  1. w/ Seat Heater System:

    1. Disconnect the connector.

    2. Disengage the clamp and disconnect the seat heater wire harness.

    3. Disconnect the connector.

    4. Disengage the 2 clamps and disconnect the seat heater wire harness.



  1. for Front Passenger Side:

    1. Disengage the clamp and disconnect the connector as shown in the illustration.

  1. Disengage each hook and remove the separate type front seat cushion cover with pad.



9. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE FRONT SEAT CUSHION COVER

  1. Remove the 2 hog rings.

  1. Remove the 21 hog rings and the separate type front seat cushion cover.



10. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE FRONT SEATBACK COVER WITH PAD

  1. Disengage the 2 fasteners.

  1. Remove the 5 hog rings.

  1. Remove the separate type front seatback cover with pad from the seat frame.



11. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE FRONT SEATBACK COVER

  1. Remove the 14 hog rings and separate type front seatback cover.



12. REMOVE FRONT SEAT CUSHION COVER

  1. Detach the 3 pieces of double-sided tape and remove the front seat cushion cover.

  1. Disengage the clip and remove the front seat lower cushion shield LH.

21. REMOVE FRONT SEAT CUSHION EDGE PROTECTOR RH (for 6 Way Seat Type)

23. REMOVE SEAT POSITION AIRBAG SENSOR (for Driver Side)

  1. Separate the wire harness from the 2 hooks.

  1. Disconnect the connector.

  1. Using a T30 "TORX" socket wrench, remove the "TORX" screw and seat position airbag sensor with the seat slide position sensor protector.

  1. Remove the seat position airbag sensor from the seat slide position sensor protector as shown in the illustration.



24. REMOVE SEAT HEATER CONTROL SUB-ASSEMBLY (w/ Seat Heater System)

  1. Disconnect the connector.

  1. Disengage the 2 clamps and remove the seat heater control sub-assembly.



25. REMOVE FRONT SEAT WIRE (w/ Seat Heater System)

  1. Disengage the 2 clamps and remove the front seat wire.



26. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE FRONT SEATBACK SPRING ASSEMBLY

  1. Remove the 4 bolts and the separate type front seatback spring assembly.



27. REMOVE SEAT TRACK ADJUSTING HANDLE

  1. Disengage the 2 hooks and 2 handle ends, and remove the seat track adjusting handle.
