1. INSTALL SEPARATE TYPE FRONT SEAT CUSHION COVER (FRONT SEAT CUSHION HEATER ASSEMBLY)

  1. Using hog ring pliers, install the separate type front seat cushion cover (front seat cushion heater assembly) to the separate type front seat cushion pad with 21 new hog rings.

    NOTICE:
    1. Be careful not to damage the cover.
    2. When installing the hog rings, take care to minimize wrinkles as much as possible.

  1. Using hog ring pliers, install 2 new hog rings.

    NOTICE:
    1. Be careful not to damage the cover.
    2. When installing the hog rings, take care to minimize wrinkles as much as possible.



2. INSTALL SEPARATE TYPE FRONT SEAT CUSHION COVER WITH PAD

  1. Temporarily install the separate type front seat cushion cover with pad to the front seat cushion frame.

  1. Engage each hook.

  1. Engage the 4 hooks.



  1. for Front Passenger Side:

    1. Engage the clamp to connect the connector as shown in the illustration.



  1. w/ Seat Heater System:

    1. Engage the 2 clamps to connect the seat heater wire harness.

    2. Connect the connector.

    3. Engage the clamp to connect the seat heater wire harness.

    4. Connect the connector.

  1. Engage the fastener to secure the side airbag wire harness.

  1. Connect the rubber band.



3. INSTALL FRONT SEAT INNER CUSHION SHIELD

  1. Engage the 4 claws to install the front seat inner cushion shield.



4. INSTALL FRONT SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY (for Driver Side)

  1. Install the front seat inner belt assembly with the nut.

    		Protruding Part

    Torque:
    42 N*m{ 428 kgf*cm , 31 ft.*lbf }

    NOTICE:
    Do not allow the anchor part of the front seat inner belt assembly to overlap the protruding part of the front seat adjuster.

  1. Engage each clamp under the front seat assembly.

  1. Connect each connector.



5. INSTALL FRONT SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY (for Front Passenger Side)

  1. Install the front seat inner belt assembly with the nut.

    NOTICE:
    Do not allow the anchor part of the front seat inner belt assembly to overlap the protruding part of the front seat adjuster.

  1. Engage each clamp under the front seat assembly.

  1. Connect each connector.



6. INSTALL FRONT SEAT CUSHION SHIELD

  1. Engage the clip.

  1. Engage the 11 claws.

  1. Install the front seat cushion shield with the screw.



7. INSTALL VERTICAL ADJUSTING HANDLE (for 6 Way Seat Type)

  1. Install the vertical adjusting handle with the screw.



8. INSTALL RECLINING ADJUSTER RELEASE HANDLE

  1. Engage the claw to install the reclining adjuster release handle.
