1. INSTALL SEPARATE TYPE FRONT SEAT CUSHION COVER (FRONT SEAT CUSHION HEATER ASSEMBLY)

  1. Using hog ring pliers, install 21 new hog rings.

    NOTICE:
    1. Be careful not to damage the cover.
    2. When installing the hog rings, take care to minimize wrinkles as much as possible.

  1. Using hog ring pliers, install the separate type front seat cushion cover (front seat cushion heater assembly) to the separate type front seat cushion pad with 2 new hog rings.

    NOTICE:
    1. Be careful not to damage the cover.
    2. When installing the hog rings, take care to minimize wrinkles as much as possible.



2. INSTALL SEPARATE TYPE FRONT SEAT CUSHION COVER WITH PAD

  1. Engage each hook.

  1. Engage the 4 hooks.



  1. w/ Seat Heater System:

    1. Connect the connector.

    2. Engage the 3 clamps to connect the seat heater wire harness.

    3. Engage the clamp to connect the seat heater wire harness.

    4. Connect the connector.

  1. Engage the fastener to secure the side airbag wire harness.



3. INSTALL FRONT SEAT INNER CUSHION SHIELD

  1. Engage the 4 claws to install the front seat inner cushion shield.



4. INSTALL FRONT SEAT CUSHION SHIELD


  1. w/o Seat Position Memory System:

    1. Connect the connector.

      		Wire Harness Cover

  1. w/ Seat Position Memory System:

    1. Connect the 2 connectors.

  1. Engage the 2 clamps.

  1. Install the wire harness to the wire harness cover.

  1. Engage the 2 claws to close the wire harness cover.

  1. Engage the clip and guide (1).

  1. Engage the guide (2) and 8 claws to install the front seat cushion shield.

  1. Connect the rubber band.



5. INSTALL FRONT INNER NO. 1 SEAT CUSHION SHIELD

  1. Install the clip.

  1. Engage the 2 guides and claw as shown in the illustration.

  1. Engage the guide as shown in the illustration.

  1. Install the front inner No. 1 seat cushion shield with the screw.



6. INSTALL RECLINING POWER SEAT SWITCH KNOB

  1. Engage the 4 claws to install the reclining power seat switch knob.



7. INSTALL SLIDE AND VERTICAL POWER SEAT SWITCH KNOB

  1. Engage the 4 claws to install the slide and vertical power seat switch knob.



8. INSTALL FRONT SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY

  1. Install the front seat inner belt assembly with the nut.

    		Protruding Part

    Torque:
    42 N*m{ 428 kgf*cm , 31 ft.*lbf }

    NOTICE:
    Do not allow the anchor part of the front seat inner belt assembly to overlap the protruding part of the front seat adjuster.

  1. Engage the clamp.

  1. Engage each clamp under the front seat assembly.

  1. Connect each connector.
