DESCRIPTION

The power window regulator motor assembly is operated by the multiplex network master switch or power window regulator switch assembly. The power window regulator motor assembly has motor, regulator and ECU functions.
When the ECU determines that the power window regulator motor assembly has not been initialized, DTC B2313 is set.

INSPECTION PROCEDURE

NOTICE:
  1. DTC B2313 can be stored in each power window regulator motor assembly (power window ECU).
  2. When disconnecting the auxiliary battery while the power switch on (IG), DTC B2313 is stored.
  3. If a power window regulator motor assembly has been replaced with a new one, initialize the power window control system (Click here).

1.PERFORM INITIALIZATION (APPLICABLE LOCATION)

  1. Turn the power switch on (IG).

  1. Initialize the power window regulator motor assembly (Click here).

    HINT:
    Initialize the power window regulator motor assembly that has DTC B2313 stored in its ECU.


NEXT


2.CHECK DTC OUTPUT

  1. Turn the power switch off.

  1. Wait for at least 10 seconds, and then turn the power switch on (IG).

  1. Check for DTCs (Click here).

    HINT:
    Check for DTCs for the power window regulator motor assembly that has DTC B2313 stored in its ECU.

    OK:
    DTC B2313 is not output.
