DESCRIPTION

The vehicle speed sensors send vehicle speed signals to the brake booster with master cylinder (skid control ECU). Signals are then sent to the power management control ECU.

While power switch is on (IG), communication stop between brake booster with master cylinder (skid control ECU) and power management control ECU continues for 2.6 seconds or more
  1. Brake booster with master cylinder (skid control ECU)
  2. CAN communication system
  3. Power management control ECU

INSPECTION PROCEDURE

Refer to CAN Communication System (Click here).
1.CHECK CAN COMMUNICATION SYSTEM

  1. Connect the intelligent tester to the DLC3.

  1. Select "Bus Check" from the "System Select".

  1. Select "Communication Malfunction DTC" from the "Bus Check" screen, and then select "Enter".
