1. CONNECT WASHER HOSE ASSEMBLY

  1. Engage the 6 clips and connect the washer hose assembly.



2. INSTALL WASHER NOZZLE SUB-ASSEMBLY

  1. Connect a new washer nozzle sub-assembly to the washer hose.

  1. Engage the 2 claws to install the washer nozzle sub-assembly as shown in the illustration.



3. INSPECT WASHER NOZZLE SUB-ASSEMBLY


  1. With the power switch on (READY), check the position that the washer fluid hits the windshield.

    Standard:
    Washer fluid hits the windshield in the areas shown in the illustration.

    HINT:
    If the result is not as specified, replace the washer nozzle sub-assembly.



4. ADJUST WASHER NOZZLE SUB-ASSEMBLY


  1. Select a washer nozzle so that the contact area is within the standard. Replace the washer nozzle with the selected one.

5. INSTALL HOOD INSULATOR

  1. Engage the 2 claws.

  1. Install the hood insulator with the 7 clips.



6. INSTALL HOOD TO RADIATOR SUPPORT SEAL

  1. Engage the 4 clips and install the hood to radiator support seal.
