1. REMOVE HEADLIGHT CLEANER WASHER NOZZLE COVER (w/ Headlight Cleaner System)

  1. Extend the headlight cleaner washer nozzle.

  1. Disengage the 2 claws and remove the headlight cleaner washer nozzle.

    HINT:
    Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.



2. REMOVE HEADLIGHT WASHER ACTUATOR SUB-ASSEMBLY LH (w/ Headlight Cleaner System)

  1. Disconnect the headlight cleaner hose.

  1. Remove the headlight cleaner clamp as shown in the illustration.

  1. Pull down the headlight cleaner actuator clamp.



  1. Push the tab shown by allow (1) and disengage the 2 claws and remove the headlight washer actuator sub-assembly as shown in the illustration.

    HINT:
    Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.



3. REMOVE HEADLIGHT WASHER ACTUATOR SUB-ASSEMBLY RH (w/ Headlight Cleaner System)

HINT:
Use the same procedure as for the LH side.



4. REMOVE HEADLIGHT CLEANER HOSE (w/ Headlight Cleaner System)

  1. Disengage the 6 clamps and remove the headlight cleaner hose.



5. REMOVE NO. 1 ULTRASONIC SENSOR (w/ LEXUS Parking Assist-sensor System)

Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.



6. REMOVE NO. 1 ULTRASONIC SENSOR RETAINER (w/ LEXUS Parking Assist-sensor System)
(Click here)

HINT:
Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.



7. REMOVE FOG LIGHT ASSEMBLY LH (w/ Fog Light)

  1. Disconnect the connector.

  1. Remove the screw.

  1. Disengage the 2 guides and remove the fog light assembly.



8. REMOVE FOG LIGHT ASSEMBLY RH (w/ Fog Light)

HINT:
Use the same procedure as for the LH side.



9. REMOVE NO. 3 ENGINE ROOM WIRE (w/ Wire Harness)

  1. Disengage the 11 clamps and remove the No. 3 engine room wire.



10. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER EXTENSION MOUNTING BRACKET

  1. Remove the 2 screws.

  1. Disengage the 2 claws and remove the front bumper extension mounting bracket.



11. REMOVE HOOD TO RADIATOR GRILLE SEAL

  1. Disengage the 18 clips and remove the hood to radiator grille seal.

12. REMOVE RADIATOR GRILLE MOULDING

  1. Remove the 2 screws.

  1. Disengage the 8 claws and remove the radiator grille moulding.



13. REMOVE SYMBOL EMBLEM (w/o Dynamic Radar Cruise Control System)

  1. Remove the 2 spring nuts.

  1. Disengage the claw and guide to remove the symbol emblem.



14. REMOVE RADIATOR GRILLE EMBLEM (w/ Dynamic Radar Cruise Control System)

  1. Remove the 2 spring nuts.

  1. Disengage the claw and guide to remove the radiator grille emblem.



15. REMOVE RADIATOR GRILLE

  1. Remove the 2 clips.

  1. Disengage the 6 claws and remove the radiator grille.



16. REMOVE FRONT FENDER LINER RETAINER

  1. Disengage the 2 claws and remove the 2 front fender liner retainers.

    HINT:
    Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.



17. REMOVE FOG LIGHT MOUNTING BRACKET LH


  1. for Standard:

    1. Remove the 2 screws.

    2. Disengage the claw and guide, and remove the fog light mounting bracket LH as shown in the illustration.



  1. for Sport Package:

    1. Remove the 3 screws and remove the fog light mounting bracket LH.



18. REMOVE FOG LIGHT MOUNTING BRACKET RH

HINT:
Use the same procedure as for the LH side.



19. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER EXTENSION LH


  1. for Standard:

    1. Disengage the 5 claws and remove the front bumper extension LH.



  1. for Sport Package:

    1. Disengage the 4 claws and remove the front bumper extension LH.



20. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER EXTENSION RH

HINT:
Use the same procedure as for the LH side.



21. REMOVE NO. 1 LOWER RADIATOR GRILLE


  1. for Standard:

    1. Disengage the 12 claws and remove the No. 1 lower radiator grille.



  1. for Sport Package:



      B271031

    1. Disengage the 16 claws and remove the No. 1 lower radiator grille.



22. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER HOLE COVER LH

  1. Disengage the 2 claws.

  1. Disengage the hook and remove the front bumper hole cover LH.



23. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER HOLE COVER RH

  1. Remove the 6 bolts and front bumper reinforcement sub-assembly.



27. REMOVE FRONT SIDE MEMBER BRACKET SUB-ASSEMBLY LH

  1. Remove the 4 bolts.

  1. Disengage the guide and remove the front side member bracket sub-assembly LH.



28. REMOVE FRONT SIDE MEMBER BRACKET SUB-ASSEMBLY RH

29. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER SIDE SUPPORT LH

  1. Remove the bolt.

  1. Disengage the clip and remove the front bumper side support LH as shown in the illustration.
