1. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER SIDE SUPPORT LH

  1. Engage the clip, and install the front bumper side support LH as shown in the illustration.

  1. Install the bolt.

    Torque:
    5.4 N*m{ 55 kgf*cm , 48 ft.*lbf }



2. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER SIDE SUPPORT RH

HINT:
Use the same procedure as for the LH side.



3. INSTALL FRONT SIDE MEMBER BRACKET SUB-ASSEMBLY LH

  1. Engage the guide.

  1. Install the front side member bracket sub-assembly LH with the 4 bolts.

    Torque:
    50 N*m{ 510 kgf*cm , 37 ft.*lbf }



4. INSTALL FRONT SIDE MEMBER BRACKET SUB-ASSEMBLY RH

HINT:
Use the same procedure as for the LH side.



5. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER REINFORCEMENT SUB-ASSEMBLY

  1. Install the front bumper reinforcement sub-assembly with the 6 bolts.

    Torque:
    34 N*m{ 347 kgf*cm , 25 ft.*lbf }

  1. Engage the 4 clamps.



6. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER ENERGY ABSORBER

  1. Engage the 2 guides to install a new front bumper energy absorber.



7. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER SEAL

  1. Wipe off any tape adhesive residue with cleaner.

  1. Install 2 new front bumper seals to the new front bumper energy absorber.



8. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER HOLE COVER LH

  1. Engage the hook.

  1. Engage the 2 claws and install the front bumper hole cover LH.



9. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER HOLE COVER RH

HINT:
Use the same procedure as for the LH side.



10. INSTALL NO. 1 LOWER RADIATOR GRILLE


  1. for Standard:

    1. Engage the 12 claws to install the No. 1 lower radiator grille.



  1. for Sport Package:



      B271031

    1. Engage the 16 claws to install the No. 1 lower radiator grille.



11. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER EXTENSION LH


  1. for Standard:



      B269841

    1. Engage the 5 claws to install the front bumper extension LH.



  1. for Sport Package:



      B271029

    1. Engage the 4 claws to install the front bumper extension LH.



12. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER EXTENSION RH

HINT:
Use the same procedure as for the LH side.



13. INSTALL FOG LIGHT MOUNTING BRACKET LH


  1. for Standard:

    1. Engage the claw and guide, to install the fog light mounting bracket LH as shown in the illustration.

    2. Install the 2 screws.



  1. for Sport Package:



      B271030

    1. Install the 3 screws to install the fog light mounting bracket LH.



14. INSTALL FOG LIGHT MOUNTING BRACKET RH

HINT:
Use the same procedure as for the LH side.



15. INSTALL FRONT FENDER LINER RETAINER

  1. Engage the 2 claws and install the 2 front fender liner retainers.

    HINT:
    Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.



16. INSTALL RADIATOR GRILLE

  1. Engage the 6 claws to install the radiator grille.

  1. Install the 2 clips.



17. INSTALL SYMBOL EMBLEM (w/o Dynamic Radar Cruise Control System)

  1. Engage the claw.

  1. Install the symbol emblem with 2 new spring nuts.



18. INSTALL RADIATOR GRILLE EMBLEM (w/ Dynamic Radar Cruise Control System)

  1. Engage the claw.

  1. Install the radiator grille emblem with 2 new spring nuts.



19. INSTALL RADIATOR GRILLE MOULDING

  1. Engage the 8 claws to install the radiator grille moulding.

  1. Install the 2 screws.



20. INSTALL HOOD TO RADIATOR GRILLE SEAL

  1. Wipe off any tape adhesive residue with cleaner.

  1. Install a new hood to radiator grille seal with the 18 clips.

21. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER EXTENSION MOUNTING BRACKET

  1. Install the 2 claws and install the front bumper extension mounting bracket.

  1. Install the 2 screws.



22. INSTALL NO. 3 ENGINE ROOM WIRE (w/ Wire Harness)

  1. Engage the 11 clamps to install the No. 3 engine room wire.



23. INSTALL FOG LIGHT ASSEMBLY LH (w/ Fog Light)

  1. Engage the 2 guides.

  1. Install the fog light assembly with the screw.

  1. Connect the connector.



24. INSTALL FOG LIGHT ASSEMBLY RH (w/ Fog Light)

HINT:
Use the same procedure as for the LH side.



25. INSTALL NO. 1 ULTRASONIC SENSOR RETAINER (w/ LEXUS Parking Assist-sensor System)

26. INSTALL NO. 1 ULTRASONIC SENSOR (w/ LEXUS Parking Assist-sensor System)

27. INSTALL HEADLIGHT CLEANER HOSE (w/ Headlight Cleaner System)

  1. Engage the 6 clamps to install the headlight cleaner hose.



28. INSTALL HEADLIGHT WASHER ACTUATOR SUB-ASSEMBLY LH (w/ Headlight Cleaner System)

  1. Push the tab shown by allow (1) and engage the 2 claws as shown in the illustration.

  1. Push up the headlight cleaner actuator clamp.

  1. Install the headlight washer actuator sub-assembly with the headlight cleaner clamp as shown in the illustration.

    HINT:
    Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

  1. Install the headlight cleaner hose.



29. INSTALL HEADLIGHT WASHER ACTUATOR SUB-ASSEMBLY RH (w/ Headlight Cleaner System)

30. INSTALL HEADLIGHT CLEANER WASHER NOZZLE COVER (w/ Headlight Cleaner System)
