1. INSTALL PARKING ASSIST ECU (for LHD)

  1. Engage the claw to install the parking assist ECU as shown in the illustration.

    HINT:
    If the driving support ECU assembly was removed, install it after installing the parking assist ECU (Click here).



2. INSTALL ECU INTEGRATION BOX RH (for LHD)

  1. Install the ECU integration box RH with the 2 nuts and bolt.

  1. Engage the clamp to connect the wire harness.

  1. Connect each connector.



3. INSTALL PARKING ASSIST ECU (for RHD)

  1. Engage the claw to install the parking assist ECU.

    HINT:
    If the driving support ECU assembly was removed, install it after installing the parking assist ECU (Click here).



4. INSTALL ECU INTEGRATION BOX RH (for RHD)

  1. Install the ECU integration box RH with the nut.

  1. Install the bolt.

  1. Engage the clamp.

  1. Connect each connector.



5. INSTALL GLOVE COMPARTMENT DOOR ASSEMBLY (for LHD)

  1. Connect the connector.

  1. Engage the clamp.

  1. Engage the 5 claws.

  1. Install the glove compartment door assembly with the 4 screws <C>.



6. INSTALL LOWER NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL AIRBAG ASSEMBLY (for LHD)

  1. Check that the power switch is off.

  1. Check that the cable is disconnected from the negative (-) auxiliary battery terminal.

    CAUTION:
    Wait at least 90 seconds after disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) auxiliary battery terminal to disable the SRS system.

  1. Connect the airbag connector to the lower No. 2 instrument panel airbag assembly.

    NOTICE:
    When connecting any airbag connector, take care not to damage the airbag wire harness.

  1. Push in the lock to install the airbag connector.

  1. Temporarily install the lower No. 2 instrument panel airbag assembly with the 6 claws and 2 guides.

  1. Install the 3 bolts.

    Torque:
    10 N*m{ 102 kgf*cm , 7 ft.*lbf }

    NOTICE:
    Confirm that the lower No. 2 instrument panel airbag assembly is installed securely without any excessive gaps and is not protruding outward.



7. INSTALL NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL UNDER COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY (for LHD)

  1. Connect the connector.

  1. Engage the clamp.

  1. Engage the guide, claw and 2 clips to install the No. 2 instrument panel under cover sub-assembly.



8. INSTALL LOWER INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY (for RHD)

  1. Connect each connector.

  1. Engage the 8 claws and clip to install the lower instrument panel finish panel sub-assembly.



9. INSTALL NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL UNDER COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY (for RHD)

  1. Connect each connector.

  1. Engage the clamp.

  1. Engage the 2 clips.

  1. Install the No. 1 instrument panel under cover sub-assembly with the screw <E>.



10. INSTALL INSTRUMENT SIDE PANEL RH

  1. Connect the connector.

  1. Engage the 4 guides, clip and 3 claws to install the instrument side panel RH.



11. INSTALL FRONT DOOR OPENING TRIM WEATHERSTRIP RH

  1. Align the alignment mark (light blue) on the weatherstrip with the protruding portion on the body indicated by the arrow in the illustration, and install the front door opening trim weatherstrip RH.

    NOTICE:
    After installation, check that the corners fit correctly.



12. INSTALL COWL SIDE TRIM SUB-ASSEMBLY RH (for LHD)

HINT:
Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side (Click here).



13. INSTALL FRONT DOOR SCUFF PLATE RH (for LHD)

HINT:
Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side (Click here).



14. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

HINT:
When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected (Click here)



15. INSTALL REAR FLOOR BOARD UPPER NO. 3 PLATE

  1. Engage the 4 claws and 2 guides to install the rear floor board upper No. 3 plate.



16. INSTALL DECK FLOOR BOX RH

  1. Engage the 6 guides.

  1. Install the deck floor box RH with the clip.



17. INSTALL REAR NO. 3 FLOOR BOARD

  1. Install the rear No. 3 floor board.



18. INSTALL REAR DECK FLOOR BOX

  1. Install the rear deck floor box.



19. INSTALL REAR NO. 2 FLOOR BOARD

  1. Install the rear No. 2 floor board.
