1. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION ASSEMBLY


  1. Disengage the hook of the seat cushion from the vehicle body as shown in the illustration.

    NOTICE:
    Follow the instructions below carefully as the cushion frame can be deformed easily.

    1. Choose a hook to disengage first. Place your hands near the hook as shown in the illustration. Then lift the seat cushion to disengage the hook.

    2. Repeat the step above for the other hook.

  1. Disengage the guide of the seat cushion from the seatback.

  1. Remove the bolt and disconnect the rear center seat outer belt assembly.

  1. Pull out the rear center seat outer belt assembly from the rear seat cushion assembly.

  1. Remove the rear seat cushion assembly.



2. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION LOCK HOOK

  1. Disengage the claw and remove the rear seat cushion lock hook.

    NOTICE:
    Rear seat cushion lock hooks must not be reused.

    HINT:
    Use the same procedure the LH side and RH side.



3. REMOVE REAR SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY


4. REMOVE REAR SEAT CENTER HEADREST ASSEMBLY


5. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK ASSEMBLY RH

  1. Disengage the fastener and disconnect the rear No. 1 floor board sub-assembly.

  1. Remove the 2 bolts and rear seatback assembly RH.

    NOTICE:
    Be careful not to damage the vehicle body.



6. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK LOCK STRIKER COVER RH

  1. Disengage the 2 guides and claw, and remove the rear seatback lock striker cover RH.



7. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK LOCK CONTROL LEVER BASE RH

  1. Remove the screw.

  1. Disengage the 5 claws and remove the rear seatback lock control lever base RH.



8. REMOVE SEAT BELT ANCHOR COVER CAP

  1. Disengage the 2 claws and remove the seat belt anchor cover cap.



9. REMOVE REAR SEAT SHOULDER BELT COVER

  1. Disengage the 4 claws and remove the rear seat shoulder belt cover.



10. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK COVER RH

  1. Disengage the 4 claws and remove the rear seatback cover RH.

  1. w/ Rear Seatback Cover:

    1. Remove the rear seatback cover RH.

      HINT:
      Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.



11. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE REAR SEATBACK COVER WITH PAD

  1. Using a clip remover, remove the 3 clips.

    NOTICE:
    The clips must not be reused.

  1. Using a clip remover, disengage the 9 clips.

    NOTICE:
    The clips must not be reused.

  1. Remove the 9 clips from the separate type rear seatback cover RH.

    NOTICE:
    The clips must not be reused.

  1. Disengage the 10 hooks.

  1. Disengage the 4 hooks.

  1. Detach the 6 pieces of double-sided tape.

  1. Disengage the 4 claws and remove the 2 rear seat headrest supports.

  1. Disengage the 4 claws and remove the 2 rear seat center headrest supports.

  1. Remove the separate type rear seatback cover with pad RH from the rear seatback frame sub-assembly RH.



12. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK EDGE PROTECTOR

  1. Detach the 6 pieces of double-sided tape and remove the rear seatback edge protector.

13. REMOVE REAR CENTER SEAT OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY

  1. Remove the nut and rear center seat outer belt assembly.
