| 1.INSPECT MULTI-MEDIA MODULE WIRE |

Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

| H20-9 (VMT1) - Body ground | Power switch on (ACC), screen display changes. | 3.5 V or higher → Below 1 V → 3.5 V or higher |

| 2.CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR |
Disconnect the H20 multi-media module wire connector.
Disconnect the H61 navigation computer sub-assembly connector.
Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

| H20-9 (VMT1) - H61-11 (VMTF) | Always | Below 1 Ω |
| H20-9 (VMT1) - Body ground | Always | 10 kΩ or higher |

| 3.REPLACE MULTI-MEDIA MODULE WIRE |
Replace the multi-media module wire and check if the navigation system operates normally (Click here).
