  2. Bamboo Charcoal-resin Speaker Diaphragm

    1. Resin material that is mixed with light and strong bamboo charcoal and bamboo fibers is used for the speaker diaphragm, realizing a clear, crisp and natural sound.



    2. These bamboo charcoal-resin speaker diaphragms are provided on the following speakers of the 6-speaker or 10-speaker system.

  3. Class D Amplifier

    1. A class D amplifier has been adopted on the 10-speaker LEXUS premium surround sound system and 13-speaker Mark Levinson premium surround sound system.

    2. A class D amplifier that exhibits extremely high amplification efficiency with high output, even with low power consumption, has been adopted. Additionally, as the amplifier generates little heat, this makes it possible to provide a smaller heatsink, realizing a compact and lightweight amplifier.

  4. Steering Pad Switch Assembly

    1. Switches that the driver often uses are provided on the steering wheel for convenience.

  5. Bluetooth Audio System

    1. The Bluetooth audio system enables users to enjoy music played on a portable player from the vehicle speakers via wireless communication.

    1. Up to 2000 tracks can be recorded to the HDD from audio discs (based on 5-minute tracks recorded at 128 kbps).

    2. Tracks from a CD are recorded at 4 times normal play speed.

    3. The recorded tracks will be provided with album, artist, genre and title names using the Gracenote Media Database (CDDB) and stored in the sound library on the HDD. (Models for Europe only)

    4. Album, artist, genre and title names for recorded tracks can be input or edited freely.

    5. These names can help you search for a track easily.
