CONSTRUCTION


  1. Rear Shock Absorber Assembly

    1. A low-pressure (N2) gas sealed rear shock absorber assembly with a linear control valve is used to realize driving stability and riding comfort.

    2. A multi-leaf type linear control valve is used in order to attain the linear damping force characteristics.



    3. A rebound spring is used to ensure vehicle stability during cornering.

  2. Suspension Tower Damper

    1. The suspension tower damper consists of an ultra-low speed piston valve, gas preload cancel spring, free piston, cylinder, push rod, oil and high-pressure nitrogen gas (N2).

    2. The ultra-low speed piston valve has been designed to provide damping at very low input speeds.



    3. The gas preload cancel spring counters the force from the pressurized gas chamber that would otherwise press on the body in an expanding manner.
