CHECK WINDSHIELD DEICER SYSTEM

  1. Turn the power switch on (IG).

  2. Check that the windshield deicer wire (windshield glass) becomes warm by operating the windshield deicer switch*1 or front wiper deicer switch (outer mirror heater switch assembly)*2 of the multi display.

    1. *1: w/ Navigation System
    2. *2: w/o Navigation System

  3. Confirm that the windshield deicer stops after approximately 15 minutes.

    HINT:
    If voltage of the auxiliary battery drops a certain amount, the windshield deicer function may be forcibly stopped (Click here).
