HINT:
  1. Use the same procedures for the RH side and LH side.
  2. The procedures listed below are for the LH side.



1. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

CAUTION:
Wait at least 90 seconds after disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal to prevent airbag and seat belt pretensioner activation.



2. REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT FLOOR MAT


3. REMOVE TOOL BOX


4. REMOVE REAR FLOOR FINISH PLATE


5. REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM COVER SIDE RH


6. REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM COVER SIDE LH


7. REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM COVER SIDE FRONT


8. REMOVE REAR COMBINATION LIGHT ASSEMBLY

  1. Disconnect the connector.

  1. Remove the 3 nuts and combination light.

  1. Remove the combination light bulb from the combination light socket and wire sub-assembly.

  1. Remove the gasket.

    NOTICE:
    1. Be sure to remove the gasket completely from the body.
    2. Be sure to replace it with the supplied combination light gasket to prevent water intrusion.



9. REMOVE REAR LIGHT ASSEMBLY

  1. Disconnect the connector.

  1. Remove the 3 nuts and light.

  1. Remove the light bulb from the light socket and wire.

  1. Remove the gasket.

    NOTICE:
    1. Be sure to remove the gasket completely from the body.
    2. Be sure to replace it with the supplied light gasket to prevent water intrusion.
