HINT:
  1. Use the same procedures for the RH side and LH side.
  2. The procedures listed below are for the LH side.



1. INSTALL FRONT DOOR WINDOW FRAME MOULDING REAR

  1. Put protective tape onto the door frame moulding and door frame.

  1. Using an air riveter or hand riveter with a nose piece, attach the door window frame moulding to the door frame.

  1. NOTICE:

    1. B079664E01
      Do not pry the rivet with the riveter, as this will cause damage to the riveter and mandrel.

    2. B079665E02
      Confirm that the rivets are seated properly against the moulding.
      Do not tilt the riveter when installing the rivet to the moulding.
      Do not leave any space between the rivet head and moulding.

    3. B079666E01
      Do not leave any space between the moulding and door frame. Firmly hold together the 2 items while installing the rivet.



2. INSTALL FRONT DOOR WINDOW FRAME MOULDING UPPER

  1. Using an air riveter or hand riveter with a nose piece, attach the door window frame moulding to the door frame.

  1. NOTICE:

    1. B079664E01
      Do not pry the rivet with the riveter, as this will cause damage to the riveter and mandrel.

    2. B079665E02
      Confirm that the rivets are seated properly against the moulding.
      Do not tilt the riveter when installing the rivet to the moulding.
      Do not leave any space between the rivet head and moulding.

    3. B079666E01
      Do not leave any space between the moulding and door frame. Firmly hold together the 2 items while installing the rivet.



3. INSTALL FRONT DOOR WEATHERSTRIP

  1. Attach the clips to install the weatherstrip.

    HINT:
    If clips are damaged during installation, replace them.



4. INSTALL OUTER REAR VIEW MIRROR ASSEMBLY

  1. Install the mirror with the 3 bolts.

    Torque:
    8.0 N*m{ 82 kgf*cm , 71 in.*lbf }

  1. Attach the clip.

  1. Connect the connector.



5. INSTALL DOOR FRAME GARNISH

  1. Install the garnish with the 2 clips.



6. INSTALL FRONT DOOR TRIM COVER

  1. Install the screw.

  1. Attach the 6 clips to install the trim cover.



7. INSTALL FRONT DOOR TRIM BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY

  1. Connect the 2 cables to the inside handle as shown in the illustration.

  1. Install the weatherstrip to the trim by attaching the 4 clips labeled A.

  1. Attach the 6 clips labeled B and 3 new clips labeled C to install the trim together with the weatherstrip.

  1. Install the 2 screws.

  1. Connect the connector.

  1. Attach the 2 claws to install the trim lower cover.



8. INSTALL FRONT DOOR TRIM COVER LOWER

  1. Connect the 2 cables to the inside handle as shown in the illustration.

  1. Install the weatherstrip to the trim by attaching the 4 clips labeled A.

  1. Attach the 6 clips labeled B and 3 new clips labeled C to install the trim together with the weatherstrip.

  1. Install the 2 screws.

  1. Connect the connector.

  1. Attach the 2 claws to install the trim lower cover.



9. INSTALL FRONT DOOR INSIDE HANDLE BEZEL PLUG

  1. Attach the 3 claws to install the bezel plug.
