HINT:
  1. Use the same procedures for the RH side and LH side.
  2. The procedures listed below are for the LH side.



1. INSTALL REAR DOOR WINDOW FRAME MOULDING FRONT

  1. Put protective tape onto the door frame moulding and door frame.

  1. Using an air riveter or hand riveter with a nose piece, attach the door window frame moulding to the door frame.

  1. NOTICE:

    1. B079664E03
      Do not pry the rivet with the riveter, as this will cause damage to the riveter and mandrel.

    2. B079665E04
      Confirm that the rivets are seated properly against the moulding.
      Do not tilt the riveter when installing the rivet to the moulding.
      Do not leave any space between the rivet head and moulding.

    3. B079666E07
      Do not leave any space between the moulding and door frame. Firmly hold together the 2 items while installing the rivet.



2. INSTALL REAR DOOR WINDOW FRAME MOULDING SUB-ASSEMBLY

  1. Using an air riveter or hand riveter with a nose piece, attach the door window frame moulding to the door frame.

  1. NOTICE:

    1. B079664E04
      Do not pry the rivet with the riveter, as this will cause damage to the riveter and mandrel.

    2. B079665E05
      Confirm that the rivets are seated properly against the moulding.
      Do not tilt the riveter when installing the rivet to the moulding.
      Do not leave any space between the rivet head and moulding.

    3. B079666E08
      Do not leave any space between the moulding and door frame. Firmly hold together the 2 items while installing the rivet.



3. INSTALL REAR DOOR WEATHERSTRIP

  1. Attach the clips to install the weatherstrip.

    HINT:
    If the clips are damaged during installation, replace them.



4. INSTALL REAR DOOR FRAME GARNISH

  1. Install the garnish with the 2 clips.



5. INSTALL REAR DOOR TRIM COVER

  1. Attach the 6 clips to install the trim cover.

  1. Install the screw.



6. INSTALL REAR DOOR TRIM BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY

  1. Connect the 2 cables to the inside handle.

  1. Install the weathrstrip to the trim by attaching the 4 clips labeled A.

  1. Attach the 4 clips labeled B and 2 new clips labeled C to install the trim together with the weatherstrip.

  1. Install the 2 screws.

  1. Attach the 2 claws to install the trim lower cover.



7. INSTALL REAR DOOR TRIM COVER LOWER

  1. Connect the 2 cables to the inside handle.

  1. Install the weathrstrip to the trim by attaching the 4 clips labeled A.

  1. Attach the 4 clips labeled B and 2 new clips labeled C to install the trim together with the weatherstrip.

  1. Install the 2 screws.

  1. Attach the 2 claws to install the trim lower cover.



8. INSTALL REAR DOOR INSIDE HANDLE BEZEL PLUG

  1. Attach the 3 claws to install the bezel plug.
