1. INSTALL TRANSMISSION WIRE

  1. Coat a new O-ring with ATF and install it to the transmission wire.

  1. Install the transmission wire with the bolt.

    Torque:
    5.4 N*m{ 55 kgf*cm , 48 in.*lbf }

  1. Connect the transmission wire connector.



2. CONNECT TRANSMISSION WIRE

  1. Coat an O-ring of the ATF temperature sensor with ATF.

  1. Connect the 9 connectors to the solenoid valves.

  1. Install the 2 clamps with the 2 bolts.

    Torque:
    Bolt A:
    6.4 N*m{ 65 kgf*cm , 57 in.*lbf }
    Bolt B:
    10 N*m{ 102 kgf*cm , 7 ft.*lbf }

  1. Install the ATF temperature sensor and lock plate with the bolt.

    Torque:
    10 N*m{ 102 kgf*cm , 7 ft.*lbf }



3. INSTALL VALVE BODY OIL STRAINER ASSEMBLY

  1. Coat a new O-ring with ATF.

  1. Install the O-ring.

  1. Install the oil strainer with the 4 bolts.

    Torque:
    10 N*m{ 102 kgf*cm , 7 ft.*lbf }



4. INSTALL AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION OIL PAN SUB-ASSEMBLY

  1. Install the 3 magnets in the oil pan.

  1. Using a new gasket, install the oil pan to the transmission case with the 20 bolts.

    Torque:
    4.4 N*m{ 45 kgf*cm , 39 in.*lbf }



5. INSTALL EXHAUST PIPE NO.1 SUPPORT BRACKET SUB-ASSEMBLY

  1. Install the exhaust pipe No.1 support bracket sub-assembly to the automatic transmission assembly with the 2 bolts.

    Torque:
    43 N*m{ 438 kgf*cm , 32 ft.*lbf }



6. INSTALL ENGINE UNDER COVER AIR GUIDE BRACKET

  1. Install the engine under cover air guide bracket with the 2 bolts.

    Torque:
    26 N*m{ 260 kgf*cm , 19 ft.*lbf }



7. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL


8. ADD AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION FLUID

9. INSTALL ENGINE UNDER COVER NO.2

  1. Install the under cover with the 4 screws, 2 grommets and 2 spacers.



10. RESET MEMORY

11. PERFORM INITIALIZATION
