1. REMOVE FUEL SENDER GAUGE ASSEMBLY

  1. Disconnect the fuel sender gauge connector.

  1. Press down on the sender gauge claw labeled A. Then slide the sender gauge upward.



2. REMOVE SUB-TANK ASSEMBLY

  1. Using needle nose pliers, remove the E-ring.

  1. Disconnect the wire harness.

  1. Disengage the 2 claws and remove the fuel suction plate with filter.

  1. Disengage the claw of the jet pump nozzle.

  1. Using a screwdriver with the tip taped, remove the jet pump.

  1. Remove the O-ring from the jet pump.



3. REMOVE FUEL PUMP ASSEMBLY

  1. Disengage the 5 claws on the filter and remove the fuel pump from the fuel filter.

  1. Remove the fuel pressure regulator from the fuel filter.

  1. Remove the O-ring from the fuel filter.



4. REMOVE BRACKET

  1. Using a screwdriver with the tip taped, disengage the claw and remove the bracket.
