1. INSTALL FUEL PRESSURE REGULATOR ASSEMBLY

  1. Apply a light coat of gasoline to 2 new O-rings, and install it to the fuel pressure regulator.

  1. Apply a light coat of gasoline to 2 O-rings, and install the fuel pressure regulator to the fuel relief valve.

  1. Install the clip to the relief valve.



2. INSTALL FUEL RELIEF VALVE ASSEMBLY

  1. Apply a light coat of gasoline to a new O-ring, and install the fuel relief valve to the fuel filter.



3. INSTALL FUEL PUMP ASSEMBLY

  1. Install the fuel pump spacer to the fuel pump.

  1. Apply a light coat of gasoline to a new seal, and install the fuel pump.

  1. Install the fuel pump to the fuel filter.

  1. Connect the fuel pump connector.



4. INSTALL FUEL SUB-TANK ASSEMBLY

  1. Apply a light coat of gasoline to the O-ring, and install the fuel sub-tank to the fuel filter.



5. INSTALL FUEL SENDER GAUGE ASSEMBLY

  1. Set the fuel sender gauge to the fuel sub-tank. Then slide the sender gauge downward to install it.

  1. Connect the fuel sender gauge connector.
