1. INSTALL BRACKET

  1. Install the bracket to the fuel filter.



2. INSTALL FUEL PUMP ASSEMBLY

  1. Apply gasoline to a new O-ring and install it to the fuel filter.

  1. Apply a light coat of gasoline to 2 new O-rings, and install them onto the fuel pressure regulator.

  1. Install the fuel pressure regulator to the fuel filter.

  1. Engage the 5 claws on the fuel filter and install the fuel pump with pump filter.

  1. Connect the pump harness connector.



3. INSTALL SUB-TANK ASSEMBLY

  1. Apply gasoline to a new O-ring and install it to the jet pump.

  1. Install the jet pump while aligning it to the installation position of the sub-tank.

  1. Install the jet pump nozzle.

  1. Make sure that the fuel tube passes under the protrusion of the fuel filter, and engage the claw of the fuel suction support.

  1. Connect the wire harness.

  1. Install the spring to the fuel suction plate shaft and install it to the sub-tank.

  1. Install a new E-ring.



4. INSTALL FUEL SENDER GAUGE ASSEMBLY

  1. Set the fuel sender gauge to the fuel sub-tank. Then slide the sender gauge downward to install it.

  1. Connect the fuel sender gauge connector.
