NOTICE:
Do not heat the vehicle body and emblem excessively.

HINT:
When removing the emblem, heat the vehicle body and emblem using a heat light.



1. REMOVE RADIATOR GRILLE PROTECTOR

  1. Using a clip remover, detach the 15 clips and remove the protector.



2. REMOVE RADIATOR GRILLE MOULDING

  1. Using a clip remover, remove the 2 clips.

  1. Detach the 6 claws and remove the screw and moulding.



3. REMOVE RADIATOR GRILLE

  1. Using a clip remover, remove the 2 clips.

  1. Detach the 5 claws and remove the radiator grille.



4. REMOVE RADIATOR GRILLE (OR FRONT PANEL) EMBLEM (w/o Dynamic Radar Cruise Control System)

  1. Put protective tape around the emblem.

  1. Insert a piano wire between the vehicle body and emblem.

  1. Tie objects that can serve as handles (for example, wooden blocks) to both wire ends.

  1. Pull the piano wire and scrape off the double-sided tape that holds the emblem to the vehicle body.

    NOTICE:
    1. If reusing the emblem, take care not to damage the emblem.
    2. Be careful not to damage the vehicle body.

  1. Remove the emblem.



5. REMOVE RADIATOR GRILLE (OR FRONT PANEL) EMBLEM (w/ Dynamic Radar Cruise Control System)

  1. Remove the 2 spring nuts.

  1. Detach the 2 claws and remove the emblem.
