| 1. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL |
| 2. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION ASSEMBLY |

Detach the seat cushion's 2 front hooks from the vehicle body.
Choose a hook to detach first. Place your hands near the hook as shown in the illustration. Then lift the seat cushion to detach the hook.
Repeat for the other hook.
Detach the seat cushion's 2 rear hooks from the seatback.
Remove the seat cushion.

Remove the bolt and anchor.

| 5. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK ASSEMBLY |

Using a screwdriver, detach the claws and remove the 2 rear seat covers.

Using a screwdriver, detach the claw to open the cap of the 3 rear seat shoulder belt guides.
Remove the bolt and floor anchor part.

Remove the 4 bolts and 2 nuts.
Remove the seatback.

Disconnect the connector labeled A.
Remove the bolt and the anchor part of the rear seat inner with center belt assembly RH labeled B.

| 9. REMOVE ROOF SIDE GARNISH INNER |
| 10. REMOVE PACKAGE TRAY TRIM PANEL ASSEMBLY (w/ Sunshade) |

Using a moulding remover, detach the 4 claws and remove the belt guide LH.

Using a moulding remover, detach the 4 claws and remove the belt guide center.

Detach the clip and remove the panel.

Detach the 5 claws and 3 clips.
Disconnect the connector and remove the panel.

Using a moulding remover, detach the 4 claws and remove the guide part of the rear seat outer belt assembly.

Using a moulding remover, detach the 4 claws and remove the guide part of the rear seat inner with center belt assembly RH.

Detach the clip and 5 claws.
Disconnect the connector and remove the package tray trim panel.

Using a screwdriver, detach the 4 claws and remove the rear room light from the vehicle body.
Disconnect the connector from the room light.

Remove the assist grip.
Using a screwdriver, detach the 6 claws and remove the 2 assist grip covers.

Detach the 2 claws in the order shown in the illustration.

Remove the assist grip.
Using a screwdriver, detach the 6 claws and remove the 2 assist grip covers.

Put protective tape around the moulding.
Using a moulding remover, detach the 16 clips and remove the moulding.

Put protective tape around the moulding.
Using a moulding remover, detach the 16 clips and remove the moulding.
| 18. REMOVE BACK WINDOW MOULDING |

Using a knife, cut off the moulding as shown in the illustration.
Remove the remaining moulding.

Apply protective tape to the outer surface of the vehicle body to prevent scratches.
From the interior, insert a piano wire between the vehicle body and glass as shown in the illustration.
Tie objects that can serve as handles (for example, wooden blocks) to both wire ends.

Place matchmarks over the glass and vehicle body on the locations indicated in the illustration.
Cut through the adhesive by pulling the piano wire around the glass.
Disengage the stoppers.
Using suction cups, remove the glass.
| 20. CLEAN BACK WINDOW GLASS |

Using a scraper, remove the damaged stoppers and adhesive sticking to the glass.
Clean the outer edges of the glass with white gasoline.
| 21. CLEAN VEHICLE BODY |
Clean and shape the contact surface of the vehicle body.
On the contact surface of the vehicle body, use a knife to cut away excess adhesive as shown in the illustration.
Clean the contact surface of the vehicle body with cleaner.
