HINT:
The installation procedures are the removal procedures in reverse order.



1. INSTALL FRONT SHOULDER BELT ANCHOR ADJUSTER ASSEMBLY

  1. Insert the tip of the adjuster into the pillar, and align the adjuster's bolt hole to the pillar's bolt hole.

  1. Install the bolt.

    Torque:
    42 N*m{ 428 kgf*cm , 31 ft.*lbf }



2. INSTALL FRONT SEAT OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY

  1. Install the seat belt with the 2 bolts. First install the upper bolt, and then install the lower bolt.

    Torque:
    7.5 N*m{ 77 kgf*cm , 66 in.*lbf } for bolt A
    42 N*m{ 428 kgf*cm , 31 ft.*lbf } for bolt B

  1. Connect the pretensioner connector labeled A, as show in the illustration.

  1. Connect the tension reducer connector labeled B.

  1. Connect the pre-crash safety connector labeled C.

  1. Install the shoulder anchor to the shoulder belt anchor adjuster with the nut.

    Torque:
    42 N*m{ 428 kgf*cm , 31 ft.*lbf }



3. INSTALL CENTER PILLAR GARNISH

  1. Pass the outer belt anchor through the center pillar garnish.

  1. Attach the 3 clips and claw to install the garnish. Then, install the 2 screws.



4. INSTALL CENTER PILLAR GARNISH LOWER

HINT:
Use the same procedures described for the LH side.



5. INSTALL REAR DOOR SCUFF PLATE

HINT:
Use the same procedures described for the LH side.



6. INSTALL FRONT DOOR SCUFF PLATE

HINT:
Use the same procedures described for the LH side.



7. INSTALL SEAT ASSEMBLY

  1. Place the seat in the cabin.

  1. Connect the connectors under the seat.

  1. Operate the power seat switch knob and move the seat to the foremost position.

  1. Tighten the 2 bolts on the rear side of the seat.

    Torque:
    36.8 N*m{ 375 kgf*cm , 27 ft.*lbf }

    HINT:
    Tighten the 2 bolts in the order indicated in the illustration.

  1. Operate the power seat switch knob and move the seat to the rearmost position.

  1. Tighten the 2 bolts on the front side of the seat.

    Torque:
    36.8 N*m{ 375 kgf*cm , 27 ft.*lbf }

    HINT:
    Tighten the 2 bolts in the order indicated in the illustration.



8. INSTALL FRONT SEAT OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY

  1. Move the seat using the power seat switch knob so that the seat belt anchor bolt is revealed.

  1. Install the front seat outer belt anchor with the bolt.

    Torque:
    42 N*m{ 428 kgf*cm , 31 ft.*lbf }

  1. Install the seat belt anchor cover cap.



9. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL


10. PERFORM INITIALIZATION

  1. Perform initialization (Click here).

    NOTICE:
    Certain systems need to be initialized after disconnecting and reconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal.
