1. INSTALL AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION EXTENSION HOUSING OIL SEAL

  1. Coat the lip of a new oil seal with MP grease.

  1. Using SST and a hammer, drive in the oil seal with the lip facing inside of the automatic transmission.

    09316-60011   (09316-00011, 09316-00051)

    Oil seal depth from flat end:
    1.8 to 2.2 mm (0.07 to 0.09 in.)



2. INSTALL AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION FLANGE YOKE ASSEMBLY

  1. Using SST and a hammer, drive in a new oil seal.

  1. Install the automatic transmission flange yoke.

  1. Set the SST.

  1. Using SST and 30 mm socket wrench, install and tighten a new nut.

    Torque:
    126 N*m{ 1,285 kgf*cm , 93 ft.*lbf }

  1. Using a chisel and hammer, securely stake the nut.



3. INSTALL PROPELLER W/CENTER BEARING SHAFT ASSEMBLY

4. INSTALL FRONT EXHAUST PIPE ASSEMBLY
(Click here)


5. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL


6. ADD AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION FLUID
(Click here)


7. INSTALL ENGINE UNDER COVER NO.2


8. PERFORM INITIALIZATION
(Click here)


9. CHECK FOR EXHAUST GAS LEAKS
