| 1. REMOVE ENGINE UNDER COVER |

Using a clip remover, remove the 3 clips.
Remove the 10 screws and under cover.
| 2. REMOVE V-BANK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY |
Remove the 2 nuts and cover.
| 3. REMOVE COOL AIR INTAKE DUCT SEAL |

Using a clip remover, remove the 7 clips and duct seal.
| 4. REMOVE NO. 1 AIR CLEANER INLET |
Remove the bolt and inlet.
| 5. DRAIN ENGINE COOLANT |
Remove the radiator cap and vent plug.
Loosen the radiator drain cock plug and 2 cylinder block drain cock plugs. Then drain the coolant.

| 6. ADD ENGINE COOLANT |
Tighten the radiator drain cock plug by hand.
Tighten the 2 cylinder block drain cock plugs.
Add engine coolant.
Install the vent plug.
Slowly pour coolant into the radiator reservoir until it reaches the FULL line.
Press the inlet and outlet radiator hoses several times by hand, and then check the level of the coolant.
If the coolant level is low, add coolant.
Install the radiator cap.
Bleed air from the cooling system.
Warm up the engine until the thermostat opens. While the thermostat is open, circulate the coolant for several minutes.
Maintain the engine speed at 2,000 to 2,500 rpm.
Press the inlet and outlet radiator hoses several times by hand to bleed air.
Stop the engine, and wait until the engine coolant cools down to ambient temperature.

Check the coolant level in the radiator reservoir.
If the coolant level is low, add SLLC to the radiator reservoir FULL line.
| 7. CHECK FOR ENGINE COOLANT LEAKS |
Check for engine coolant leaks (Click here).
| 8. INSTALL NO. 1 AIR CLEANER INLET |
Install the inlet with the bolt.
| 9. INSTALL COOL AIR INTAKE DUCT SEAL |

Install the duct seal with the 7 clips.
| 10. INSTALL V-BANK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY |
Install the cover with the 2 nuts.
| 11. INSTALL ENGINE UNDER COVER |

Install the under cover with the 3 clips and 10 screws.
