REAR AXLE HUB BOLT > REPLACEMENT |
| 1. REMOVE REAR WHEEL |
| 2. SEPARATE REAR DISC BRAKE CALIPER ASSEMBLY |

Remove the 2 bolts, and disconnect the rear disc brake caliper assembly.
Remove the caliper plates No.1 from the brake caliper.
| 3. REMOVE REAR DISC |
Release the parking brake.

Put matchmarks on the rear disc and rear axle hub.
Remove the rear disc.
| 4. REMOVE REAR AXLE HUB BOLT |

Using SST, and remove the rear axle hub bolt.
| 5. INSTALL REAR AXLE HUB BOLT |

Install a washer and nut to a new bolt as shown in the illustration.
Using a screwdriver or an equivalent to hold the hub & bearing assembly, install the rear axle hub bolt by tightening the nut.
| 6. INSTALL REAR DISC |

Aligning the matchmarks, install the rear disc.
| 7. INSTALL REAR DISC BRAKE CALIPER ASSEMBLY |

Install the rear disc brake caliper assembly and caliper plates No.1 with the 2 bolts.
| 8. ADJUST PARKING BRAKE SHOE CLEARANCE |
Temporarily install the hub nuts.
Remove the shoe adjusting hole plug.
Turn the shoe adjuster and expand the shoe until the disc locks.

Turn and contract the shoe adjuster until the disc can rotate smoothly.
Check that there is no brake drag against the shoe.
Install the shoe adjusting hole plug.
Remove the hub nuts.
