FRONT POWER SEAT LUMBAR SWITCH > REMOVAL

HINT:
Use the same procedures for the LH and RH side.



1. DISCONNECT FRONT SEAT OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY

  1. Using a screwdriver, detach the 2 claws and remove the front seat belt cover.

    HINT:
    Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

  1. Apply protective tape around the seat belt anchor cover cap to the cushion shield.

  1. Using a screwdriver, detach the 2 claws and remove the seat belt anchor cover cap.

    HINT:
    Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

  1. Move the seat using the power seat switch knob so that the belt anchor bolt is revealed.

  1. Remove the bolt and front seat outer belt anchor.



2. REMOVE RECLINING POWER SEAT SWITCH KNOB

  1. Using a screwdriver, detach the knob.

    HINT:
    Tape the screwdriver tip before use.



3. REMOVE SLIDE AND VERTICAL POWER SEAT SWITCH KNOB

  1. Using a screwdriver, detach the knob.

    HINT:
    Tape the screwdriver tip before use.



4. REMOVE FRONT SEAT CUSHION SHIELD ASSEMBLY

  1. Disconnect the 2 rubber bands of the front seatback board from the front seat frame with adjuster.

  1. Remove the 5 screws.

  1. Detach the claw and remove the cushion shield assembly in the order indicated in the illustration.

  1. Disconnect the connector from the lumbar front power seat switch.



5. REMOVE FRONT POWER SEAT LUMBAR SWITCH

  1. Remove the 2 screws and switch.
