1. INSPECT COOLER CONDENSER ASSEMBLY

  1. If the fins of the cooler condenser are dirty, clean them with water and dry them with compressed air.

    NOTICE:
    Do not damage the fins of the cooler condenser.

  1. If the fins of the cooler condenser are bent, straighten them using a screwdriver or pliers.



2. CHECK CONDENSER FOR LEAKAGE OF REFRIGERANT

  1. Using a halogen leak detector, check the pipe joints for refrigerant leakage.

  1. If refrigerant leakage is detected in a joint, check the torque of the joint.
