NOTICE:
Do not heat the vehicle body and spoiler excessively.

HINT:
When removing the spoiler, heat the vehicle body and spoiler using a heat light.



1. REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT DOOR ASSIST GRIP

  1. Open the cover, detach the 4 claws and remove the assist grip cover.

  1. Remove the 2 screws and assist grip.



2. REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT DOOR COVER

  1. Using a clip remover, remove the 11 clips and door cover.



3. REMOVE REAR SPOILER SUB-ASSEMBLY

  1. Using a clip remover, remove the clip.

  1. Remove the 4 nuts.

  1. Put protective tape around the spoiler.

  1. Insert a piano wire between the vehicle body and spoiler.

  1. Tie objects that can serve as handles (for example, wooden blocks) to both wire ends.

  1. Pull the piano wire and scrape off the double-sided tape that holds the spoiler to the vehicle body.

    NOTICE:
    1. If reusing the spoiler, take care not to damage the spoiler,
    2. Be careful not to damage the vehicle body.
