NOTICE:
Do not heat the vehicle body, emblem and name plate excessively.

HINT:
When removing the emblem and name plate, heat the vehicle body, emblem and name plate using a heat light.



1. REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT DOOR EMBLEM

  1. Put protective tape around the emblem.

  1. Insert a piano wire between the vehicle body and emblem.

  1. Tie objects that can serve as handles (for example, wooden blocks) to both wire ends.

  1. Pull the piano wire and scrape off the double-sided tape that holds the moulding to the vehicle body.

    NOTICE:
    1. If reusing the emblem, take care not to damage the emblem.
    2. Be careful not to damage the vehicle body.

  1. Remove the emblem.



2. REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT NO. 1 DOOR NAME PLATE

  1. Put protective tape around the name plate.

  1. Insert a piano wire between the vehicle body and name plate.

  1. Tie objects that can serve as handles (for example, wooden blocks) to both wire ends.

  1. Pull the piano wire and scrape off the double-sided tape that holds the moulding to the vehicle body.

    NOTICE:
    1. If reusing the name plate, take care not to damage the name plate.
    2. Be careful not to damage the vehicle body.

  1. Remove the name plate.



3. REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT NO. 3 DOOR PLATE

  1. Insert a piano wire between the vehicle body and door plate.

  1. Tie objects that can serve as handles (for example, wooden blocks) to both wire ends.

  1. Pull the piano wire and scrape off the double-sided tape that holds the moulding to the vehicle body.

    NOTICE:
    1. If reusing the door plate, take care not to damage the name plate.
    2. Be careful not to damage the vehicle body.

  1. Remove the door plate.
