DTC    B2057    Yaw Rate Sensor


DESCRIPTION

This DTC is output when a malfunction in the yaw rate sensor is detected. This circuit consists of the yaw rate sensor and seat belt control ECU. Signals are sent from the yaw rate sensor through CAN communication.

INSPECTION PROCEDURE

NOTICE:
When the seat belt control ECU is replaced with a new one, Active Test must be performed (Click here).

1.CHECK DTC (ELECTRONICALLY CONTROLLED BRAKE SYSTEM)

  1. Delete the DTC (Click here).

  1. Recheck for DTC.

    OK:
    DTC C1234 is not output.

GO TO ELECTRONICALLY CONTROLLED BRAKE SYSTEM
OK


2.CHECK DTC (PRE-CRASH SAFETY SYSTEM)

  1. Delete the DTC (Click here).

  1. Recheck for DTC.

    OK:
    DTC B2057 is not output.
