DTC    B2058    Steering Angle Sensor


DESCRIPTION

This DTC is output when a malfunction in the steering angle sensor is detected. This circuit consists of the steering angle sensor and seat belt control ECU. Signals are sent from the steering sensor through CAN communication.

INSPECTION PROCEDURE

NOTICE:
When the seat belt control ECU is replaced with a new one, Active Test must be performed (Click here).

1.CHECK DTC (PRE-CRASH SAFETY SYSTEM)

  1. Delete the DTC (Click here).

  1. Recheck for DTC.

    OK:
    DTC B2058 is not output.
