1. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL


2. REMOVE RADIO RECEIVER ASSEMBLY

HINT:
Refer to the instructions for removal of the radio receiver assembly (Click here).



3. REMOVE TIRE PRESSURE MONITOR ECU

  1. Disconnect the connector.

  1. Remove the 2 bolts and tire pressure monitor ECU.



4. INSTALL TIRE PRESSURE MONITOR ECU

  1. Install the tire pressure monitor ECU with the 2 bolts.

    Torque:
    4.5 N*m{ 46 kgf*cm , 40 in.*lbf }

  1. Connect the connector.



5. INSTALL RADIO RECEIVER ASSEMBLY

Refer to the instructions for installation of the radio receiver assembly (Click here).



6. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL


7. REGISTRATION OF TRANSMITTER ID

8. INSPECT TIRE PRESSURE WARNING SYSTEM
(Click here)


9. PERFORM INITIALIZATION
Some systems need initialization when disconnecting the cable from the negative battery terminal (Click here).
